About Me
Lee is an attorney in the firm’s Banking & Finance Law practice, where he represents financial institutions, including banks and credit unions, in a wide range of creditor-side matters. His practice focuses on negotiating resolutions and litigating disputes in New York State courts, with an emphasis on achieving efficient, cost-effective outcomes for my clients. Whether through strategic settlement discussions or motion practice and litigation, he works to resolve matters in a manner that aligns with his clients’ business objectives and risk tolerance.
In addition to his work with financial institutions, he has experience representing healthcare organizations, including hospitals and retirement facilities, in similar enforcement and litigation matters. More recently, he has expanded his practice to include challenges to administrative determinations issued by New York State executive agencies, including proceedings involving the New York Public Service Commission. This work allows him to combine litigation strategy with regulatory insight to advocate for clients navigating complex administrative frameworks.
Before entering private practice, Lee served as a United States Marine in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, completing two deployments. That experience continues to shape his approach to the practice of law, instilling discipline, attention to detail, and a commitment to service. Outside of work, Lee enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hiking and landscape photography, which provide a balance to his professional practice.
