Nicholas Tuttle

Nicholas Tuttle is a Buffalo native who concentrates his practice in real estate and land use law. He advises buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords on a wide range of complex real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and zoning and land‑use approvals such as variances and special permits.

Nicholas earned his Sports Law Concentration from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he focused on the intersection of sports, business, and legal regulation. A dedicated Buffalo sports fan, he brings the same energy and commitment to his practice that he does to supporting his hometown teams.
