Arthur brings an adaptable, solution-first approach to the corporate practice group at Rupp Pfalzgraf. Holding a JD/MBA from the University at Buffalo, he approaches his practice with the mindset of a strategic business partner first and a lawyer second.

Having worked for the past several years with small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs, Arthur gained a unique perspective in the operational and strategic hurdles that many businesses encounter. This hands-on experience has given him a deep understanding of the practical, day-to-day challenges businesses face, allowing him to provide practical advice limiting his client’s risk while still maintaining their commercial goals.
