Daniel E. Sarzynski

Whether he is working with a financial institution, a contractor, or any business owner, Dan strives to understand every client's priorities to their very core and achieve the best possible outcome. As part of this approach, he makes sure to stay abreast of industry trends by taking a leadership role in industry organizations and speaking at industry events. Throughout the years, his practice has diversified as it has deepened, as he has represented clients in state and federal court, in mediation and arbitration hearings, and around the boardroom table. Dan represents every client with the resoluteness with which he would want to be represented.

For his financial institution clients, his practice includes workouts, restructurings, foreclosures, bankruptcies, lending, and compliance. For his clients in the construction industry, his practice includes contract negotiations, mechanic's liens, surety bond claims, bid disputes, and payment and performance litigation. For his business clients, his practice includes mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, business formation, operating and shareholder agreements, non-compete agreements, and general business litigation.

Outside of work Dan enjoys travel, sports and time with family.
