Gerald J. Whalen II

Jerry’s practice focuses on corporate transactional matters, including advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and general corporate governance and strategic matters throughout the business lifecycle. He has experience guiding clients through complex deal structuring, negotiation, and execution in both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Jerry primarily works with lower middle market companies across a range of industries. He also has experience advising clients in media and entertainment transactions, including the development, production, and exploitation of content.

Outside of the office, Jerry enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, golfing, exercising, and watching the occasional film.
