Marc has represented clients in land use cases before zoning boards across New York State, in federal and state courts, and before the N.Y.S. Department of Environmental Conservation, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. and N.Y.S. Departments of Transportation, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, among others.

Marc also brings extensive environmental litigation experience in federal and state courts as well as before state and local agencies. When clients are subjected to enforcement actions, Romanowski serves as a vigorous advocate — negotiating consent orders, obtaining necessary permits, responding to enforcement proceedings, and defending citizens' suits — always fighting to protect clients' short- and long-term interests.
