Nicholas Tuttle is a Buffalo native who concentrates his practice in real estate and land use law. He advises buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords on a wide range of complex real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and zoning and land<\/span>\u2011<\/span>use approvals such as variances and special permits.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Nicholas earned his Sports Law Concentration from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he focused on the intersection of sports, business, and legal regulation.
